We will be meeting at the old mall parking lot in Stroud, Oklahoma. On the north side of town, north of I-44 at 9:00am leaving by 9:20am. We will take Route 66 east of Stroud until we get to Milfay road, from there we will travel north. Through the old town of Shamrock, Drumright and Oilton until we get to our destination of Hallett motor racing circuit!
Hallett is Oklahoma’s premiere road race track! They are going to allow us to make a few parade laps around the track with a pace car. It will be a slow lap, sub 60mph. For those interested in making full laps at Hallett, they will have information on how to do so.
There is e85 just west of the track at a Kum and Go. There will be food on sight as well as adequate restroom. There will possibly be helicopter rides as well.
Fly Tulsa will be on site, and offering $40 chopper rides as well. I can’t wait to go up!!
They will be charging a $5 gate fee to cover the instructor driving the pace car. Cheap price to pay, the get to make a few laps around an actual race track!
Can’t wait to see everyone in February!!
And special thanks to Madison Hurst, for doing the foot work on this event for us. Thank you!!
